Fantastic Experience as Podcast Guest

I recently served as a guest on Steve's Podcast and had a wonderful experience. Though it was my first time talking with Steve, right away, it was like we had known each other for years--two, long-time educators catching up over coffee. We had a thoughtful conversation about one of my books, Calming Student Stress, and discussed mind-body practices such as meditation and breathwork and how teachers could integrate them into their classrooms and own lives. The entire experience from preparing for the podcast to the recording was highly professional and rewarding. Hoping I can come back and visit in the future!
