I have been teaching Middle School in Southern California for the past 22 years.

I started a Youtube Channel about 5 years ago with the intent of providing tips and tricks for teachers to make their teaching life easier.

But within the last few months I realized what really is driving me forward to create new content and that is the alarming rate teachers are quitting the profession. To be specific, the amount of new teachers that quit before year 6.

My mission now is to help as many new teachers as I can to make it past year 5 and on to a successful and rewarding career in education.
