The best team members are the ones who understand that everyone needs to assist with accomplishing the mission or tasks. There is no such phrase as -"That's not my job." Not everything is covered by our job descriptions nor pay. We do it because we need to do it. When I was in the military my commander called this - "One for the Flag."
