Procedures and Routines

Procedures and Routines. You hear these words used in sentences as if they mean the same thing. They don't. Procedures are how we need to do things in the classroom and these procedures become routines by doing them over and over again. We have to have the kids practice to make them routines. If we don't have procedures in the classroom there will be chaos.
