You Have To Practice

If you want procedures to become routines you have to PRACTICE. Simply put -
1. You tell the kids what you want them to do
2. Then you show them how you want them to follow the procedure
3. Then you have then do it. You know-you have them practice the procedure.
If you follow these three steps your procedures will soon become routines. You have to PRACTICE.
